Along with the improvement in my sight there has come also a remarkable improvement in my physical condition, the natural result of freedom from suffering. I used to be a very restless sleeper, but now the bed is as smooth in the morning as if I had never stirred all night.
The Training
Besides the quality of the experienced Trainers involved, this School teaches Bates Method Polyvagal Informed, which means we go deep into the connection between Eyes, Mind and Nervous System, which supports Dr. Bates discoveries with the newest scientific research in this field.
The Combined Format of our training allows the quality supervision in person: a perfect way to learn Bates Method and to become a perfectly trained Bates Teacher.

Next Dates
- Dates: November 2021 - May 2022
- Length: 7 - 9 months
- In person: Combined - 9 classes online in person (one every three weeks) + Q&A group sessions after each class + 10 days intensive training residential in person (with possibility to follow via streaming).
- Online: In person – 9 months in person training. 9 classes, one per month + final exams for certification
