Along with the improvement in my sight there has come also a remarkable improvement in my physical condition, the natural result of freedom from suffering. I used to be a very restless sleeper, but now the bed is as smooth in the morning as if I had never stirred all night.
The Training
Our training course focuses on the individual and experiential: you learn the method by working on yourself, and theoretical lessons are shared within the group.

Next Dates
- Dates: Please enquire
- Length: 1 - 5 years
- In person: Bates method Operator. Only one year of training. You learn to teach the Bates method on an individual level.
- Online: Bates method Educator. After becoming an operator, the path continues for another year in which you learn to teach the method also to groups of people.
- Bates method Teacher: As an educator you follow a journey of another 3 years (5 in total) in which you work within the Bates Italia School, collaborate with all the staff on shared projects (such as "Healthy Vision in Schools" by SOPHIE), you also regularly update with other colleagues even foreigners, share the different experiences you have had with your staff colleagues.
