When I understood how glasses destroyed my eyes as a teenager, and when I got rid of my -7 D prescription, a shy idea came to my mind. To share this experience!!! Especially for children and young people, who, if not to put glasses on, can save the eyesight for the rest of their life.

Introduction

What I love in my work the most is that IMPOSSIBLE becomes POSSIBLE. Things that people did not realize earlier turns into their beliefs, lifestyle and the understanding that everyone can help oneself spreads all ways around. Success stories of adults and children sometimes make me cry from the joy. It is a wonderful feeling to be a part of a blissful change, better and happier life. This work brings me friends for the rest of my life. I am so happy to be here, share my experience and at the same time learn together with my clients. Mostly I organize summer camps and weekend workshops where participants can notice a big difference in their eyesight before and after the event, they can feel how their vision can improve without glasses in a short period.

Background

I qualified as a Bates Teacher in 2018, though have been organising vision improvement camps since 2014. Since 2009 I teach holistic method of healthy lifestyle and work as a vicepresident in one of the largest NGO‘s „Lithuanian Healthy Lifestyle Union“

In childhood I had shortsightedness and almost -7 D glasses when I was 18 years old. I got rid of them thanks to the Bates method and after 18 years of wearing glasses and lenses it is almost 10 years since I put them on. Such freedom!

I am happy to have the best teachers for Bates method and other natural vision improvement methods: Kevin Wooding, Elizabeth May, Meir Schneider.

Practice

Lessons can be on a one-to-one basis or for entire families;
Skype, Facebook and Hangout lessons available worldwide;
I work with children of any age;
I lead group seminars at local communities and enterprises/colleges;
I carry out individual or group sessions;
I organize summer camps in a cosy place of Lithuania by the side of a wonderful lake.
